We're going to show you how to deal with problems using simple expressions

Ask what the problem is :

- What's the problem ?
- What's wrong ?
- What's the matter ?

Explain the problem :

- This machine doesn't work properly.
- The remote control isn't working at all.
- I'm having prpblems with my sister.
- Just my car .. It keeps breaking down.

Offer a solution :

- I guess I can deal with it.
- Shall I give you a hand.
- Try switching it off.

When there is no solution :

- I'm sorry, I can't do this.
- I've tried everything, but it keeps not working.
- This is just new for me.
- Don't give up but it seems like a big waiste of time.
